After I removed my poster from the tube, it was all curled up. How do I fix this?
A Champagne Poster print fresh from the tube may for a period of time remain curled inward upon itself. To emend this, you have several options. You may unroll the poster, place several heavy books upon each end, and allow it to sit for a day or two. Or you may install the poster directly into a frame. Note that you need to be careful when handling the curled poster, since the delicate paper easily can be damaged.
My poster have arrived damaged. What to do?
All artworks are wrapped safely in protective materials. Our selected manufacturers have refined their packaging standards many times, over many years and use damage-resistant tubes. On occasion mail couriers do manage to damage the posters nevertheless. If you've received a poster that has suffered en route to you, or the poster has print flaws, please email us quoting your order number and explaining the reason for the returnĀ at: hello@champagneposter.com, within no-less than 7 days from the date of delivery. How do I use a promo code?
You can enter promo codes at the final stage of checkout. Note! You can only activate one promo code pr. order. Promo codes do not affect shipping costs.
How much does delivery cost?

Champagne Poster is operated by a one man army. I aim to reply to all emails and inquiries as soon as humanly possible.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Email us at hello@champagneposter.com and we will try to accommodate your request. We do fulfil orders quickly after we receive them, so changes or cancellation may not always be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Our supplier has fulfilmentĀ centers placed in the UK, EU, USA, AUS, CA so we can ship our prints internationally.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Yes, you are responsible for paying any custom charges incurred at the point of import into the destination country.
